Default Windshield Wiper motor decal

Looking for a source of the silvery decal/sticker that has the date code and part number.

Thanks!

Thanks all for your postings. What should my sticker read for a 1969 06A Baltimore built Chevelle SS (hidden wipers).

thanks!

Edit: have learned that the top # is the wiper assembly part # and the lower is a date code. Does that make sense?

Anyone have a photo of a correct 69 Chevelle SS with the build date of your car?

I'm getting a few made. I have my OG decal, I could do you one. I don't think there's an expensive digitize fee like the other decals I have him make.
How do they read, part number and what?
