The confusion comes when you click on an ebay listing that expired. It doesnt send you to the original ebay ad, it sends you to a similar ad.
It will say this: The listing you’re looking for is no longer available. Check out this similar item we found for you. If you click on the word listing, it takes you to the correct expired ad. The rusty NOS quarter sold for $400
