Default WIW 70 Chevelle 4 core Radiator top plate

Just wondering what something like this is worth? It was on a 70 Chevelle. Is it unique to the 4 core radiator? What model gears use this piece? Thanks in advance, Rob.

I've had one listed on here for sale for a while at $200 and it hasn't sold.
