I know exactly where that house is located, 3159 W 11th St, Cleveland, OH. Been there numerous times. The interior of the home was not used for filming just the exterior. You can take tours of the home, interior and exterior. The interior is now decorated to resemble the filming set. There is a gift shop/museum across the street from the house.

The neighborhood is not the greatest that the home is in.

The hotel bar has been in operation since the 1890’s and was a favorite watering hole of President Grant who would walk to the bar from The White House. Knowing this, those with special interests would wait in the hotel lobby and ambush the Grant in the lobby with their special interest requests. The annoyed President came to refer to these gadflies as “Lobbyists “.
