Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever
All of those collections are/were awesome, don't forget about Dick Bridges - that 'Row of Red Z's was quite cool. Also, Cliff Ernst - that cover shot on Super Chevy is nice. The one that really got me hooked was Randy Leffingwell's book on Otis Chandler's collection, great book!

Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever
Janne, is Milton´s car the Judge GTO 4-speed convertible (242670B113XXX) that at one time was owned by three guys in Stockholm and that was later sold to the USA by a guy on Öland (brokered by Mats B)?

Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever
One of my contractor buddies went to a tour at the Marvin window plant and was treated to a show of the private collection of Bob Marvin. I have not been able to find anything on this collection which is apparently quite significant. Anyone know of this?

Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever
I heard rumors of it and know of a couple of 1 of 1 nice GM pieces that are in there. There's 1 car that was for sale on this site 3-4 years ago that ended up in there.

My friend described what he was told were 2 proto-type 67 Camaros with "hemi" engines. |

Re: Greatest Supercar Collection Ever
The Albaugh collection in central Iowa certainly deserves mention....at least one convertible for every year and model Chevrolet made from 1912-1975 I believe....Corvettes, Camaros, BelAirs, Impalas, Chevelles, etc. Last I knew the collection was up over 140 cars. He has expanded into some rare musclecars with Yenkos, Z16, LS6 El Camino, etc.
Collection is not open to the public except on special ocassions. Very nice facility and an impressive collection. Sold a car to him about a year ago.....still having withdrawals.
