Cars and Zebras caught my first ever time on a drag strip!!!
I raced Charles Lombardi in his 409 monster!!!! (Later a frost plug leaked on his engine and he spun at least 4 times and hit the guardrail lightly. I was next up and backed the hell away for a while) The under hood coverage is of Chris Smetana’s Powder Blue Holiday Coupe... :-) at least its a 1969 W31 :-) The guy was nice enough to show my improvement over the weekend as my first run was a shakedown at best....
