This intake is a very nice original part that has been in storage since the early 70's. It came off of a 1969 Nova race car that had a 427 in it. Looking at all the parts that came with this alternator, the car looks to have been an L78 built in late Jan or Feb. The last picture shows other parts that came to me in the same deal.

This intake is in very good original condition as shown. There are no breaks, repairs, or modifications. It has never been sand or glass bead blasted. I used plastic media to remove contamination without altering the original finish. The only flaw I see on this intake is some corrosion on the heat rider area from that area sitting in moisture. Needless to say, this area is on the underside and will not show when installed. Once installed, this is the nicer survivor intake you could hope to find. I put a couple before pictures in there as well just to show it was nice even before the cleaning.
