Hey Bill, approximately how wide are the rears? Can you measure them for us when they arrive?

Looking good...

Thanks,
Dan

curious - are these radials meant to look like bias plys or are these repros of actual early radials? Not a bad look.

I don't have the rear G's yet, and I can't seem to be able to get an answer when they're coming. I can't mount them until I have all 4 b/c the new tires are going on the rims that are on the car now.
Tires look totally different mounted. When I have them mounted I will be able to compare the two. I do have a set of bias ply's here, but to compare them now isn't really what they will look like side by side with both mounted on wheels.

I'm hopeful that they are a better made tire than the old non-radial Cokers. It will be interesting to see how much weight will be needed to balance them.

Sam, I think they are supposed to look like the vintage bias ply...

Ok....I got the F's mounted, still don't have the G's for the rear. The two wheels in the side by side picture are different size wheels, so don't compare size. The radial is a F-70-15, and the bias tire is a G-70-15.

The tread pattern is a bit different, and the radial is a bit "rounder" but I think they did a good job trying to get the look right, and still perform like a radial. I can't test the performance of the tires until I get the rear tires. I'll report back when I get them/hopefully next week.
