Awesome one of one 302.

Without a doubt Mr. Perkins has a Great collection of Fords in a cool location.

At one time he also owned some of the finest Original Schwinn Stingray collections.
I see an outdoor Schwinn Dealer sign against the wall.

There were as many as 6 at minimum, 2 used for publicity shots.
