I like it, but still have way too much life left in my '14 6.2 liter Silverado to get one.

I'm not totally in love with my '17 HD's styling but on the road dragging my trailer it all becomes OK.

The '19 pictured isn't my favorite either but GM will sell a bunch of them.

Only reason I mention DEF is where I live it will slush in the winter and put you into limp mode which makes for highly enjoyable ride home........not!!

Last year on my 3 month RV trip to Alaska, a guy was traveling with us in a 2016, 14k mile 3/4 ton Ford. We did a 100 mile loop through the Klondike gold fields, 50 miles from Dawson City his truck went into limp mode due to a failure in the DEF system. He spent 8 1/2 hours limping back to Dawson at 5 mph.

Up there they tear the DEF system off and throw it way.

If you are referring to an occasional light ticking as it coasts down to a stop, I read on a diesel forum that all the L5Ps do it, supposedly injector noise.

You have to love the new Dodge. I was a chevy guy up to 07. Price kept climbing and quality kept going down.

----You have to watch Ram trucks up here in Michigan to see just how badly a bed can rust out in two or three years. Dodge apparently makes no attempt what so ever to protect the beds from rust out in any way. At least you are from a southern state and have a chance.......Bill S

Agreed.

Front ends do not stand up to commercial snow plowing, nor severe 4wd applications, i.e. oilfield application for one.

Looks really nice to me.
Nothing beats the looks of the Ford Raptor IMO.
But it looks like Chevy is making a good run at them.
Dodges are so dated. Just my 2 cents.

I've loved the Raptor since they came out but pound for pound & dollar for dollar, I'll stick with my Tundra and leave the extra 25k in stocks.
