Default CV746C replacement

OK folks - is there are replacement PCV valve for the CV746C that doesn't cost a gazillion $$ ... does not have to be an exact replica just operate pretty much the same. Thanks ... Craig

How about $3.89 ? I think the Fram FV178 is a correct replacement part. There is also a repro made by SMD for about seven bucks. It would be interesting to know what the vacuum and flow specification are supposed to be.
