That is one of my favorite Chevelles. Does Kevin Suydam still own it?

Sweet car, and probably the best resto and the best in performance, but as a favorite DH car, I’d go with the orange DH chevelle that was found by the original owner after many years and since proven to be a real COPO also. Full story is listed here somewhere.

Awesome! I’d love to read the story!

This 68 DH is a survivor with 11k miles and loaded with DH go fast goodies. Even has original tires.

Roger's 69 DH COPO is a special car as well.

I had the pleasure of parking directly across from an Ash Gold DH Chevelle at the Mid-West Chevelle Regional in 2022. Awesome cars for sure!

I've confirmed the existence of at least four, 1968 Dick Harrell Super Chevelle's as of this post.
I located the Fathom Blue car last summer.
https://www.motortrend.com/features/...olet-chevelle/

That makes, Tripoli Turquoise, Fathom Blue, Ash Gold, Matador Red.

I've also successfully found the earliest known owner of the Ash Gold car.

I bought that issue brand new (I still have it) and I probably read the article 20 times. One of my TOP 5 Supercars of all time.....
