Default '68 Yenko RS - AppleJack

'

Maybe a known pic but I searched and didn't come up w/ anything of this '68 Yenko pictured below.
Note it's an RS also the Apple Jack name on the sides, anyone know this car/driver/track location?
I think we looked at a '68 w/ similar hood mod here not too far back but I couldn't find the thread, same/different car?

Something about that photo makes it look like the driver is saying "HOLY $HIT this thing has BALLS!"
Very cool photo of a very cool car.

The car just looks like an SS/RS to me; how do you know it's a Yenko?

It may be a regular SS/RS but looks like hood scoops under the lump also maybe a badge under the side stripes?
I wondered if it had anything to do w/ A.J. Lancaster's YS-8019 but it wasn't an RS also Green, subject car appears Blue?

Very cool car! I'm no expert but that looks like a cowl hood to me with a reflection on the passenger side that's giving the illusion of an inlet that does not appear to be on the drivers side if that makes any sense? The emblems appear to be SS emblems imo.

You may be correct and who knows from one pic only but looks like two air inlets in front of the lump also placement very similar to those of a '68 Yenko Hood plus the car a '68 too so?
