It was a original smog clamp.

Default Wikket Clamp

Not Marti's. 1 1/16 x 1/2 wide both undated. Differences WITTEK MFG.CO CAGO,USA vs WITTEK CHGO,IL; saddle design; band end finish rounded vs straight; galvanized vs ?. Both band thicknesses 0.019-0.020.
