Default Another Rarity...'70 455/4-sp Black on Black Leather Grand Prix Project

Needs some love, but talk about a rare combo. Hope it gets the restoration it deserves.

----My guess is that if the price doesn't get much higher this GP will serve as a doner for a nice automatic GP SJ. There's probably a 20 grand difference between a stick and the same car with the turbo 400. Not correct, but finding and paying for a 4-speed GP is difficult at best. As a bonus there are a lot of other pieces that have value to offset the cost of the doner, door panels , seats, engine, etc. Too bad but if I wanted to do the change over with my GP it would be a no brainer. However, I like my SJ just the way it is. Not every car needs 3 pedals.....Bill S

Shipping from Alaska would be a huge factor in cost.

Missed one just like that when I was 15... not enough paper route money. That hurt more than the 70 SS-454 Monte I missed because at least it was a little rusty... then there was the....

That would depend on the destination, could be a lot nearer for many than buying from eastern or southern US states (assuming Canadian borders open for road transport).

That is a rare rod for sure and one that is rising in the ranks quickly. That will be restored somewhere along the line I would imagine. Oh do I wish Chevy had a PHS...
