TH400 kick down switch.
I think this is a switch for a TH400, but I'm not sure. I tested it with an ohm meter and it doesn't seem to work. It's used but it's in a GM box with the receipt from 1974. Pay the shipping and it's yours, or I'll bring it to you at MCACN.
