Barrett-Jackson Wednesday Scottsdale 1 18 2018
I was able to get to the best "car guy" car auction in Scottsdale for the sheer volume of cars that are available to take a look at. They had over 1700 consignors this year and Wednesday is the turn 'em and burn 'em day-where the most cars are sold in one day, typically.
First up in the new 2018 GT500 Mustang and then secondly the Ford GT. Both are beautiful cars...

These are from the staging lanes...were as the week goes on, it's harder to get any clear shots as it's so full of people
So in the staging area a clean 1969 SS396 Camaro, a 1956 Bel Air custom getting ready to go up on the block, then a 1969 Firebird 400...which was really clean. I met up with Quickbowtie Andy Distad at this point. It's always good to see Andy! This Veyron is done up to represent the American Heart Association, something near and dear to Carolyn Jackson (Craig's wife)...Looks cool! The 1966 red Corvette convertible was being sold by Jamie Jarvis' friend, Rob Hester. They were happy with the sale... Finally there is a 1955 Bel Air convertible...which was nice!
