Says it is still in the hands of the original owner.

i saw this post earlier today. my thoughts were... why would Nunzi Romano need Motion to tune his car? he was considered to be THE go to guy for poncho tuning. he was the first to put many of his own pontiacs in low ET brackets that hadnt been achieved yet. maybe he just used Joels chassis dyno? anyway... cool read for sure.

Agreed, if Nunzi built it there would be no need for Joel Rosen to "tune" it. Weird. I sure would love to have it though.

Yup I thought the same thing . Ever seen nunzi’s 4 cyl tempest go? IIRC it went 10-teens but anything nunzi brought to the track was a nasty beast, you could bet on that. All I could guess is a Chevy guy bought it and thought HIS guy could do better but who knows. I know I like to have my EFI stuff tuned by my buddy who worked for turbo people. I guess when you’re comfortable w someone you stick w them.

Perhaps there was a falling out between the customer and the business proprietor-or does that sort of thing not happen in NYC? I wouldn’t have been afraid to let Motion try their hand at tuning any car in that era. Worst thing they’ll do is keep trying to get you to swap in a BBC.
