Friend of mine - his dad worked on the Penske Camaros back in the day as a development engineer at the GM Desert Proving Ground.

Did any of the 67 cars use the factory fiberglass trunklid and or hood?

No, they did not use any fiberglass pieces on the body other than the rear spoiler.

The car does sit higher now than it did back in the day.
