Default '66 Chevy II Super Sport L-79...how is this 'matching numbers?'

Seller is claiming the engine is 'matching numbers' but it clearly has a different partial VIN.

A basic search on the VIN reveals a couple auction sales, neither of which claims the car has the original engine. Previous auctions also showed some cool speed parts such as fenderwell headers, which seem to have disappeared since.
