Can you imagine how much fun that would be for the kids, and adults?

Reminds me of my first rented house at 19, the 4 of us would get home from work, knock down a couple beers and race our 2 strokes around the house. Literally started out as a flat track, but after many days of the same routine, we developed berms which aided the speed, and upped a gear. Neighbors always came out in amazement but never said anything, probably too scared.
Just different levels fun I suppose.
