302 DZ "M" Code Block
Hi All,
Dave and I just put a ZZ4 350 with a hot cam package in our '69 Z28 as cheap insurance to protect the original motor. We bought the car knowing it had a rare and seldom seen DZ 302 "M" code block but because of difficulty photographing the codes while installed, this was first time we observed such up close. Photos below. Very cool artifact from GM. I've also included the description from the Camaro Research Group on the "M" blocks and photos of my 480 distributor for good measure. Happy to share. Thanks, Dan

Same date as the 480 from the V1007DZ in the late October car I did.

Re: 302 DZ "M" Code Block
Interesting.... the 186 heads (2.02/1.60) on my car are 'M' coded but I've not seen an 'M' DZ block until now.
