1968 Camaro Z/28
Anyone remember this insignia on the back center panel of a car? It would have been raised WAY UP with big Crager's with slicks on the back. This would be in the West Allis Wisconsin and surrounding area in the 70's. Also had "Born to Be Wild" on the rear quarters. ... Danny

Z/28
William,
Came from HOLZ Motors. I think it was sitting from about '74 on. The second owner used it for his wedding, then day 2'd it for racing. Not sure when he bought it, I think 1980. The original owner has passed according to Google search. His name was Robert Mareno. I think he lived on Har Court in Milwaukee. I was hoping someone had some track pictures or ANY pictures. Or someone has documents from HOLZ Motors. It probably never ran in West Allis, but maybe. More like the Milwaukee area. I am not on SpaceFace, but I have heard of a place where you can post info/pictures in hopes of getting some help. I took that picture through a window at a secret location. Had a blanket on it, and it fell to the floor. Danny |

Holz is still in business; a Chevy dealership over 100 years. Our '67 Z/28 was sold new there. No, they don't have old paperwork.
Looked at a 12-bolt axle in a garage with a similar car around 1979. Was a race car, didn't pay much attention.
