Default Master cyl 70 chevelle M-1494

can anyone confirm that the front reservoir/line on this master cyl goes to the front brakes?
i am looking at this master cyl.. its part number m-1494 or 10-1339

the vehicle currently has the front brake lines hooked to the rear reservoir/fitting.
and the rear brake lines hooked to the front reservoir.. I am thinking this is suspect.
both reservoirs are the same volume ..
the fitting diameters are different..so you cant swap lines with out redoing the fittings.

i am thinking this has been plumed backwards..?
any help.
1970 chevelle disc brake master cyl.
