Even if true which it probably isn’t, I guess this completely ignores the 3rd Gen Camaro convertibles built at Norwood?

3rd gen convertibles were "converted" at another location by ASC from T top cars.

How could this be the last 69 Camaro convertible built when there was another 67,867 1969 Camaros built after his VIN number?
