Talking LS6 smog hose

Was the cross over smog hose the same length for the early tube end outlet and the later tube in the middle on the drivers side. Thanks.

I have two 69 hoses, 3940937. One is 25 inches, one is 25.25 inches. I have one 70 style hose, 3947158 and it is 31 inches. Hope this helps.

Thanks for taking your time to measure your hoses, mine has the early tube, Jan. build which has the same tube at the end like a 69. The 25 and a fourth would be right, like the pictures of untouched cars. The 30 inche hose would be for the outlet in the center, around March build. Thanks.

I have a 27" long 3949446 (very faint stamp) that has two "large" embossed ribs with a smaller rib beside each larger one (4 in total when seen thru a mag glass)....

Can this hose be converted into the "long" 69 smog hose ????

I need the 3947158 for my 70 L78 eng and apparently this wont be long enough

# and Length of 70 L78/LS6 short hose is ????????
