Default Help on American Racing wheels

I thought I’d put my American Racing wheels on the Camaro this year. I’m not versed on these wheels and don’t know if there’re real or fakes. I’ve had them for 20 + years or so. They’re in good shape.
I’ve read things about first style, second style, Chinese wheels.
Is this what’s called Torque Trust?

The wheel pictured is a Torque thrust "D". Looks like current production. They also make the "TTO", flat spoke. Torque Thrust Original = TTO. I think the originals were designed to clear Corvette calipers.

Default Stamped numbers

Near the blue ink pen point is a set of stamped numbers. They’re are three sets of those numbers. Are they build dates, serial numbers?

----What I see there is the size, 7 by 15 inch. Upon looking a bit closer I see some stamped numbers closer to the A in the word American. Probably a serial number, but can't see it well enough to tell for sure...Bill S

Default Torque Thrust

I just finished putting them on my car or I’d try to get a close up of those small stamped numbers. If the weather is good in the morning I’ll get a pic of the car and post it.
Thanks guys for replying to my questions.

I have the exact same wheels on my Nova except they say made in USA on the back. They are at least 15 years old. Unsure if the presence of that makes any difference and am interested in this thread

Default Unrestored Authentic wheels

Vintage set of four 7x14 American Racing Equipment Torq-Thrust.

The date stamp on the back says Dec. 20, (68). Very difficult to read the year.

Chris.

Default Color

60sStuff, my wheels are a different color for sure and don’t appear to be repainted. Did they make them in different shades or is it maybe the year of manufacture?
Mine do not have the date stamp like yours. Your wheels look nice.

Those are beautiful!

The finish is called Beryllium, and I don't believe it is reproduced now.
