Hi Richard,

The ad for these wheels stated they are from the 60’s and were in storage for 50 years.

The tires were shot, so I discarded them.

I’m not sure of the colors offered back then, or today’s version.

Those wheels are just beautiful. Those and Cobra Halibrand wheels are the most beautiful wheels ever made.

Those wheels were the inspiration for many of us to paint our grey wheels gold, back in the day. I did it to the TT's on my '70 SS. Someone else liked them so much they stole them...


Both of those sets appear to take a straight barrel nut with flat washer. The TTD's I bought 9 years ago have standard, tapered holes. I'm quite certain I remember them being made in china.

I bought a set 20 years ago and they were made in USA. Now they are made in China and say it in the casting!
