Default Correct Repro Rag Joint Manual Steering

I am looking for a good repro manual steering rag joint for a 1969 Camaro. The old GM part number is 7806391. I don't want to spend the $$ for a NOS part. I purchasedl a LARS 202 Coupler (rag joint) and it is functional at best. The bolts attaching the fabric disk to the steering column are both 5/16 instead of 5/16 and 3/8 like they should be. Of course no copper plating on the 3/8 bolt. The bolts also do not have a shoulder to limit compression of the fabric disk.

Does anyone have any information on any of the available rag joints that at least have the correct bolts? What about the OER joint? Can't tell from pictures.

Thanks
