Default Original Paint '67 Corvette Convertible, #s L79

Looks like a great car, with a desirable color combination and a fairly clean underbody with some good chassis bits (e.g. Bilstein shocks).

By what you can see in the pics, that really is an honest car

----A lot of reproduction stuff in the interior, but hardly any mid years have original guts. The car did come with vinyl interior not the leather that's in it now, but I understand that. Leather is a nice addition for a driver style mid year, and is easy to reverse if the new owner wants to.....Bill S

Rear trailing arms have been replaced, strut rods, rear spring but no big deal in my view.

All things being equal(4 spd, carb 327), more or less, what year is generally the cheapest C2 convertible?

The car in this thread seems well priced for a '67.

There are guys here with far more Corvette knowledge than me, but I've always felt like '64's get the least respect.

64's are the least expensive mainly because of drum brakes, the good thing is you could get a solid lifter small block with a carb - unlike 66-67.
