This Marina Blue L71 67 Corvette was a Triple Diamond winner. F. Stech Jr. had it at the show.

This Tuxedo Black L71 67 Corvette was sold new at Appleway Motors in Dishman WA and was a Triple Diamond winner. L. Sachs had it at the show.

This Silver Pearl 67 L88 Corvette was purchased new at Rosenthal Chevrolet in Arlington VA by John Wiggins and was a Gold Day 2 Concours winner. P. Castaldo had it at the show.

This Tuxedo Black 67 L88 Corvette was purchased new at Lang Chevrolet in Zenia OH and was the last of the 20 L88 Corvettes built. It is a former NCRS Duntov winner. I. Kroiz had it at the show.

This Tuxedo Black 69 L89 Corvette was sold new at Harry Mann Chevrolet in Los Angeles CA. This car was featured in Super Chevy years ago and still has it's original drivetrain. It was a Triple Diamond winner. T. Schell had it at the show.

This LeMans Blue 69 L88 Corvette was sold new at Rob Robertson Chevrolet in Houston TX. This car still has it's original drivetrain. It was a Triple Diamond and Platinum Best Stock Corvette winner. G. Mabee had it at the show.

This Ermine White 63 Z-11 Impala was purchased new at Dutch Folk Chevrolet in Akron OH by Joie Chitwood. This car still has it's original engine and was featured in Super Chevy in the late 80's when Don Wattie owned it. It was a Gold Concours winner. G. Pockrus had it at the show.

MRAYS your pics are always great, thanks for taking the time and effort to post them.

As an aside, I've never driven a C2, and of course they're some of the most beautiful cars ever made. How are they to drive? Do they drive as nearly well as they look? Are the 427's beasts?

I drive my '67 390 horse cars regularly and they are pleasant to drive. I have reproduction bias ply tires on them, so I sacrifice some of the ride by not having radials.
