I was reading the assembly manual for my car and noticed that they put a red and white striped tag across the rad cap before shipping the cars, and I remembered seeing this tag still on top of the rad, but the cap has obviously been changed.

Careful, that's the secret chute release pin! Hard to believe but I saved that H-boot over 30 years ago from another Post car I wish I'd kept, a '66 Stude Daytona 2-Dr. Sedan w/ factory SBC!
