Default Help for finding what this NOS GM Antenna mast fit? Early 1967 Camaro?

Trying to figure out what this fits. Oval antenna mast that looks similar and same length to the GM #224 that is found on the 1967-1968 Chevrolet models, but there are two ring grooves as well as a square tip?

Never seen this design before. Does anyone have info or pictures of the 1967 Camaro first design mast? Any help is much appreciated.

I’ve seen the square tip masts on May/June 69 Camaro am radio applications, but never on a 67/68. Of course the 69 base is different where it goes into antenna body as it is not threaded.
Was there any packaging?
Could it be maybe 68 corvette am application, or maybe a Nova?

Not 67 Nova anyway...this is the assembly line correct antenna for a 67 Nova.
68 maybe or Corvette like said.

Thanks Yenko for the all the info so far.

The original GM package has "RADIO ROD", which is strange as normally GM would call it a antenna rod/mast.

As you can see the GM part# on the package is the 224 one which is wrong for the mast. It looks the GM package may have been from when the car was delivered new (especially with the "RADIO ROD" verbiage).

Must have been packaged wrong at GM from day one? Or maybe this mast was change out for the 224 one at new car delivery?

The GM 224 is a 1968 model year number as 1967 had a different early part#. Check 1967 Camaro AIM UPC (0) - Sheet C1.

Default Radio Rod.

Looks like this radio rod is going to remain a mystery.

Maybe post the info on Team's Chevelle and Camaro, if anyone is left after the big "updates", and see if someone can ID it...
