Default Follow-up on Yellow Car

I figured I would include some photo attributes from my Day 2 ‘69L89/427. Hope you guys like these pics. All of them have been on the car since 1970.

The Tarantula manifold and heat shield.
Un-rebuilt Hurst Line-Lok
Stahl gear-driven tach...(yes, that is a red tell-tale saying where the R’s left off)
B+M reverse valve body shifter with radio delete (who needed a radio?)
Original traction bars with 4 degree wedges and
Aluminum gear cover.

It has a Booth-Arons 427 in it too. (Freshened, but all there) Man, you can hear the .680 cam from and rumble blocks away. Will definitely take you back To when your “cup-holder” wore a mini-skirt!

Jeff,

Does that have a fuel pressure gauge on your cowl vent? Love the Tarantula manifold!!!

Default Fuel pressure gauge

Yes, it does. Been there forever! (New gauge 20 years ago, same location) This is 1984, when I bought it.

Default A REAL Day 2 rear end....

I stripped the paint 10 years ago. Originally a BE rear, but the original owner, here on YENKO, BWAG, told me the story how the original came out and the replacement BX went in.
