The NCRS provides numerous services to members.

1) They provide a shipping data report which has the ship to dealer as well as the shipping date. This is info they have access to thru the NICB.

2) They will render an option/certificate regarding the authenticity of GM / factory documentation to include window stickers and verify that the window sticker matches the data from the NICB.

The document I posted is the latter of the two.
