Arrow Born With Assembly Line 3138 & 5325 Handle 1969 Camaro 68-69 Firebird

-3138 "Born With" Assembly line Hurst Shifter for a console car, this is an Original GM unit Stamped 890722F on the side. Original Unit has been Cleaned, Inspected, Re-Greased and is ready for action as it functions like it should. Stainless Dust Cover is Stamped 2497. *EDIT* 89 of the first two numbers is in fact August of 1969 for the Date Code. Thank you JL8Z28 for the confirmation.
-Original Survivor 5325 Hurst Handle with some wear (See Photos) Number on the bottom is hard to read but I can assure you this came off an Original Assembly line 1969 Z28 Camaro.

$500 takes all in the photos. I may part the two pieces if decent offers come in for each item.

Paypal Payment "Gift or Friends & Family"
Shipping Extra at $25 from Canada.

Nice shifter - great condition. Trying to learn: how do you decipher the date code on the shifter? Thanks and GLWS!

LOL good question?
Maybe 89 in the first two numbers is August 1969 but not sure. I know the other numbers are just a serial number all Hurst's come with and F is for F Body like Camaro or Firebird but I am no expert on these.
Maybe someone else can chime in.

I doubt the "F" in your stamping is for F-body. I've seen other original shifters with different letters that came out of unrestored Camaros.

Like I mentioned below I am NO Expert on Camaro stuff.
Regardless, it is definitely correct for the 69 Camaro with Console dated August 1969. Shifter and Handle came off a 69 Z28 Camaro survivor with low miles.
