The best part was when the owner called me today and we were talking about more of the history. His dad was told $3000 for the car but when they went to pick it up there was a misunderstanding and the original owner had raised it 35% to $4000. His dad STILL bought it for him!

neat car, I used to work in Northlake IL where the original owner is from, virtually still Chicago metro area, so maybe its a car sold at Nickey Chevrolet I would suspect based on what it is.

Very scary garage floor under that thing in pics. Great for working on a car though!!!

Actually was sold through Thompson Chevrolet in Villa Park. Agreed on the pit, very deep as well and had to use a stool to reach the bottom of the car.
