This car was featured in Car Review magazine in the 1980s. I believe it was from around Johnstown, PA.

As a point of interest the 73 Camaro Z/28 with it's L-82 based 350 making 245 HP was tested by a magazine (I think back in the day) and compared to a 70 Z and the quarter mile times were almost identical . They attributed a lot of it to the better radial tires on the 73 but to think that 245 HP could even run in the same zip code as 360 HP is impressive, net vs gross power or not !

And what were the times that were nearly identical?

The 360 is a Gross HP number. In 1972 they advertised Net HP, which is what the 245 number is.
