Hi Dave,
That looks to be in really nice shape. Cream color/auto/air conditioning really puts it on the side of a "cruiser" GTO, and that's going to limit enthusiasm a bit. I'm thinking 50-59 is likely all the money. That appraiser did him a disservice with the optimistic appraisal IMO. Good luck.

----Dave,,,Nice car, but I pretty much agree with Tom. Base motor, automatic, and the bland color really limits interest among Pontiac guys. The AC will help, but probably not enough to even get to your figure. Too bad about the appraiser. That's hard to get over for an owner. I also wish him good luck!......Bill S

A similar car was auctioned recently. Lemme see if I can find it.....

Not saying the car in question is worth $39k like this one but that's what this one did.

----This one without AC is worth a bit less than the car Dave pictured. Personally, that particular two tone paint isn't a big draw either......Bill S

To me, what's great about that car IS the two-tone scheme!

I figured based on the color (not a sought after color in most accounts) and being an automatic trans car. I would have thought 35k would be the high water mark but being an unrestored example with it having the AC option on top of the automatic I'm with the one poster who classified it in the "cruiser" segment.. With all the said and with the miles and history on the car.. I'd be all in at 45k.
