Default 1970 Cyclone GT

Was visiting my wife's family this weekend and took up one of her extended family members offers to come look at his 1970 Cyclone GT. He has told me about the car for several years and always said whenever you're in town visiting look me up - so I did. Original family owned local car. Red/red with a black hat. 351C with 4 speed. One repaint, original interior, born with drivetrain, engine freshened over the years. Started right up but was raining so we did not take it for a ride. Nice car - great for cruise night.

He's got one - I did not see it. Like many of them it boils down to a 1 of 1 with a particular color/option combination.

I owned the same car but the exterior color was yellow. Very rare car but not valuable as it should be.

You're welcome.

I've really enjoyed finding out about this car and it's history. It's a really special car with a great story. It has stayed in the original family since new and been owned by 3 brothers over the years and never left the small town it was originally in. Hard to beat a red/red 1970 performance oriented coupe with a 4 speed. The more I see the car the more I like it. Not a trailer queen - just a car that has been maintained well over the years and you can hop in and not worry about getting caught in the rain but still nice enough to take to a cruise night or car show.
