I have an old saying I refer to pretty much on a daily basis...

"just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I'd say that applies here.

While I can certainly appreciate the craftsmanship and time/labor/$$$ that obviously went into this build, all I can think of when I see it is this:

Saw it at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale this year. With the exception of the wheels, I like it....to each their own, I guess But then I also think that retro 2003/1953 Corvette looks better than any real 53 Corvette (or real C6 Corvette for that matter) ever thought about looking

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow...I must have missed this at BJ? Don't love the look...but don't hate it either

bill, this might be a stretch for them, but all I can see is that the body line that ends in the wing starts with a turn down on the door, like the 58. in 59 it starts off straight.

it's a freak show.

live and let drive.

I like it, I don't know if I'd want to actually own one, but I like it.

They should rename it to the "911" because someone obviously held a gun to the designer's head. The authorities should be alerted.

Only if someone actually orders one; I can't see there being much demand for such an ugly car.

It looks like the old Johnny Cash song "One Piece At a Time" come to life. Yikes!

That's my feel too Bill.

I like the front, love the back, the side view needs a little work (looks pinched in the mid-section), but absolutely hate the wheels. Needs big-n-littles.

And yes, I like the '53 Retro-vette.

Course, I'm a dinosaur!
