Default Rivets on Ebay

I thought it was against the law to sell these.

-----I dont know what the ruling would be, but you can find these same rivets used occasionally in other places on 65/6/7 Corvettes..........Bill S

That just isn't right. I think the only way Ebay would stop the auction is if he told someone he would sell them outside of the auction. I think Ebay would then cancel the auction due to breaking the rules?
