I would say yes. I'd much rather have one that was original and made in the USA versus a new cheap stamped in China one.

The flippers and fakers wont care and buy whats cheapest, but purest's will always want OEM.

Five years later and I still have the Assy Line, OEM Firewall Heater Cover from
the #27 69 Camaro ZL-1...............

Will anybody care to pay a premium for OEM GM part vs this HeartBeat City Repop

I looked up sold listings in EBAY and most BBC heater box covers went for around $200.00. The heater motor might add some value for earlier cars. I think the issue is, you can just drill the holes in a SBC cover and have a BBC cover. The repops are easy to spot, no dimples or crimp in the middle. The real expensive part is the BBC interior box, no repops, Camaro Central has one for $1000.00.

Chuck not sure why you keep asking members for values for this heater box. To me it's just a heater box from a BB Camaro. Just use google and do YOUR OWN research.

If your post is your way of attempting to sell without paying shame on you! Become a Contributing/Paid member and place an ad in the classifieds.

Thanks....
