(1) Right Side Coded "VX" December 1968 (Clear)
(1) Left Side Coded "NV" January 1969 (Clear)

Quarter Glass:
(1) Right Side Coded "CX" November 1968 (Clear)
(1) Left Side Coded "NV" January 1969 (Clear)
