Z16 Chevelle

Friend of mine has the POP for a Z16 that he owned years ago and would like to find the owner if possible. I believe it was the 28th one built. Bought new at VVCooke in Louisville. Originally Red/Red but the interior was changed to black. I have the vin# PM me if anyone has any info. Thanks
