Default Removing dirt and grime from vinyl interior?

What is everyone using to clean their vinyl. I have some original saddle interior that pretty much has a coating or dirt and grime on it. Want to be safe as well as effective. I tried a little of the water based Goof Off and that works well, but I've heard mixed reviews..

I like using a warm bucket of water and some Joy or other mild dish detergent. I also think Lenox has a vinyl cleaner too.
Magic eraser if careful works also.

I know this is an old post, but, thanks for the info on the Sprayway and toothbrush. Used it today and it really did the job on old vinyl.

It does seem to clean off mold/mildew. However, I have no idea if it will prevent it from coming back.
