A friend asked me to share his find, an L78 1969 Camaro RS/SS Hugger Orange with Black vinyl top. The Camaro was found in a storage unit apart and he asked me to help put the parts back on it to determine what was there and what was missing. The original front end was missing and he provided the front end panels. The Camaro was inspected by Jerry MacNeish in Aug 2015 in New Jersey and the report was provided with the car. Originally it was sold new by Shea Chevrolet. An original JH 396 is with in the Camaro, from another L78 Camaro vin 19N632580,and an Olds M21 is currently installed in it with the original BV coded 12 bolt. I'm more of a Chevelle guy but thought this was a very cool project to help my friend with, he is currently determining what future it will have. The last owner purchased the L78 in 1991 and was collecting parts that were needed for the Camaro but ended up selling before he could get them all due to health reasons. I have posted a few pics to show it. One from the storage and after getting it together. Obviously it needs a complete restoration and I hope it will be restored at some point. Take care Andy
