Default Cragar repair

One of the front wheels on my dad's '55 is damaged. Looks like the rim was bent and hammered out enough to get a tire to hold air. Is there a good repair for this or does this wheel just need to be replaced? It looks like it might be a 15 X 3 1/2, and I know how valuable and hard to find those are.

Looks like a 15x 4 very hard to find but if they need to be rechromed I believe they need to be cut apart and the aluminum done separately from the steel then rewelded back together .
