For 1963, "no mirror" was base, and you could opt up to either a manual mirror on the door or the remote mirror on the fender.

Looks the same to me for 1964 and 1965; the manual mirror on the door was option 602/D32 and cost an extra $4.25, appearing on both the build sheet and the window sticker. The remote mirror on the fender was option 444/D33 and cost an additional $11.78.

Federal legislation was passed requiring a LH mirror on January 1, 1965, to take effect one year and 90 days after that date. However, the individual states began requiring mirrors prior to that, resulting in a staggered rollout. General Motors began installing the mirrors as standard equipment with the 1966 model year.

This would be LH side only; RH mirror were available as an accessory but were not available from the factory in this timeframe.

A question came up in the eBay for sale section. The difference in the curb weight between a 1970 Boss 302 and a 1971 Boss 351: 3228 versus 3560

Just to show how bloated the 1971 model was over the 1965 GT 350 whose curb weight was 2790; 770 pounds more!
