Unhappy Clive Cussler dead at 88

Best selling author, sea-hunter and antique car collector Clive Cussler died at age 88. Cussler was credited with leading an expedition that in 1995 located the H.L. Hunley, the first submarine to sink an enemy ship. The Hunley, which was found off Charleston, South Carolina, was a Confederate submarine during the Civil War. It was later raised and is undergoing conservation.

One of my favorite authors.

Oh no! I've got a ton of his books. I love how he would weave fact and fiction together along with some humor too. He was quite the car guy and had a passion for history. Sad news... Dirk Pitt will live forever! RIP Clive...
